Private schools and kindergartens face the challenge of attracting creative teachers.

TASK

Creation of an entire image campaign highlighting the benefits of QMS and VS.

GOAL

Goal: Increase CV traffic.

SOLUTIONS

  • Employer communication strategy and refined.
  • What sets QMS and VS apart is that they have creative teachers who do not “blindly” follow traditional teaching methods and inspire the younger generation to love science.
  • Building on this uniqueness, a campaign has been implemented to invite teachers who like to step out of the traditional teaching framework and inspire children with their creativity to join QMS and VS.
  • The campaign ran across outdoor advertising and social and traditional media channels.
