In today's society, there are still unjustified stereotypes about the age of workers, to the detriment of older people themselves, businesses, and society as a whole. "Danske Bank" aims to change this situation by strengthening its diversity and inclusion social responsibility and operating in a highly competitive market.

TASK

Develop a creative idea for a campaign to attract mature talent, and develop visual material for a digital advertising campaign.

GOAL

To build "Danske Bank's" image as a company open to mature talent and increase the flow of candidates.

SOLUTIONS

  • Mature talents are less likely to change jobs, even if they can no longer fulfill their potential.
  • In this case, attachment to the workplace may not seem rational.
  • This idea reflects in the Danske Bank campaign video and visuals.
